MEET ELIZABETH

Elizabeth Soto-Baez is a women’s empowerment coach, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, Reiki Master, and retreat leader who helps women reconnect to themselves after burnout, divorce, identity loss, and major life transitions.

After navigating her own season of feeling lost, disconnected, and stuck in survival mode after divorce, Elizabeth became passionate about helping women stop abandoning themselves in the process of caring for everyone else.

Through a blend of coaching, nervous system regulation, somatic healing, breathwork, and practical life transformation tools, she helps women rebuild confidence, reconnect to their intuition, set boundaries without guilt, and create lives that actually feel aligned and fulfilling.

Elizabeth is the founder of Launch Your Life Coaching and creator of The Reclaim YOU Collective — a coaching and transformation space for women ready to stop surviving and start fully living again.

Her work has helped women move from burnout, overthinking, and self-doubt into greater confidence, peace, clarity, self-trust, and emotional freedom.
